At Invoizify, our business model is straightforward: we build software that saves you time, and you pay us a subscription fee for using it.
We are not an advertising company, and we do not treat our users as the product.
What “We Do Not Sell Your Data” Truly Means:
- No Data Broker Partnerships: We never sell, lease, rent, or trade your phone number, email, client names, invoice totals, or business pricing to commercial data brokers.
- No Advertising Profiling: We will never scan your invoice line items, margins, or customer rosters to serve you or your clients targeted third-party banner ads or sponsor promotions.
- No Monetization of Business Intelligence: Your pricing sheets and client transactions are confidential to your business. We do not package or sell industry turnover insights derived from your individual data.
What We Must Still Process and Store to Operate:
To provide a functioning invoicing platform, we must process and store certain records:
- Cloud Infrastructure: We host your invoice databases and PDF files on secure cloud servers.
- Essential Partners: We securely transmit necessary payloads to our vetted infrastructure providers (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta for message delivery, payment gateways to charge your subscription, transcription APIs to parse voice notes).
- Legal & Tax Records: We retain mandatory financial logs, transaction histories, and security audit traces to comply with Indian tax and corporate laws.
