Your Documents Are Yours
Your documents belong to you
Every invoice, quotation, estimate, receipt, and client roster you create through Invoizify belongs entirely to you.
1. Zero Claim on Intellectual Property
Invoizify asserts no ownership, copyright, or commercial claim over your invoices, trade logos, item descriptions, or pricing structures. You retain complete ownership of your User Content.
2. What You Grant Us
You grant Invoizify only a limited, operational license to host, render, calculate, and transmit your data so our software can generate your PDFs and deliver them over WhatsApp. That is the beginning and the end of our license.
3. Exportability & Portability
Your data should never be trapped in a walled garden. During an active subscription, you have the right to export your invoice data and client rosters in open, standard digital formats (.PDF and .CSV).
4. How Your Invoices Are Handled:
- Invoices are stored securely in dedicated cloud storage.
- Invoices are accessible only by your authenticated account credentials.
- Invoices are never indexed by public search engines unless you deliberately publish a public invoice link.
- Invoices are permanently deleted or anonymized upon verified account termination, subject only to statutory tax retention rules.
